The Centre for Advanced Imaging invites you to attend the 2020 CAI 3MT® Competition. 2020 Entrants: Vanessa Schendel: Fun with 100 30-382 legs Jake Hattwell: Understanding Fumigation Resistance using Virtual Worms Merryn Strange: Plastic Nanoparticles: Removing the blindfold from cancer therapeutics Atena Akbari: The layered-cake; the layered neocortex Salma Ahmed: The superpowers of degradable polymeric nanoparticles Arunpandian Balaji: Biodegradable nanobullets to a silent Killer Shahrokh Abbasi-Rad: Another step towards safety The 3MT is an academic competition that challenges PhD students to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience. 3MT celebrates the discoveries made by research students and encourages their skill in communicating the importance of research to the broader community. The winning student will go on to compete in the 2020 Institute 3MT Competition. All academic and professional staff, and students (Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research) are welcome to attend this event. It is not too late to register to attend.
