Image Analysis and Informatics
CAI provides image analysis and informatics support to users across all instruments.
Please direct initial enquiries to Associate Professor Viktor Vegh who will be able to advise on what level of support your experiment will require and how our team may best assist.
We are able to help with:
- experimental design for both ex vivo and in vivo animal and human experiments
- pilot data acquisition and testing of image processing pipelines
- image reconstruction, registration and segmentation
We can also help with the creation of parametric maps, such as those in molecular imaging (Patlak and Logan plots and parameters) and MRI (relaxation time maps, susceptibility imaging, magnetisation transfer ratio, etc).
Please note this service may incur a fee.
